Dublin Academic Teaching Hospitals The Dublin Academic Teaching Hospitals' (DATH's) consists of the Adelaide & Meath Hospital, Incorporating the National Children's Hospital (AMNCH), Beaumont Hospital, Mater Misericordiae University Hospital, St. James's Hospital and St. Vincent's University Hospital. The new proposed hospital group structures (‘Report on the Establishment of Hospital Groups’ (2013) Hospital Trusts in Ireland comprising Ireland East Hospital Group; RCSI Hospital Group; Dublin Midlands Hospital Group; University Limerick Hospitals Group; South/South West Hospital Group; Saolta University Health Care Group; Children’s Health Ireland. The Dublin Midlands Hospital Group (current title) comprise: • Tallaght University Hospital (TUH), Dublin • St James’s Hospital, Dublin • Midlands Regional Hospital, Tullamore • Naas General Hospital, Naas • The Coombe Women and Infant University Hospital, Dublin • Midlands Regional Hospital, Portlaoise. The primary academic partner for the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group is Trinity College, Dublin. While this Contract is being Awarded by the TUH, it should be noted that other DATH's, and Hospital Group Members may avail of the conditions contained therein as part of an Agreement among all DATH's named in and any parties if so wish as named as aforementioned. In such instance each Hospital would be responsible for issuing their own Contract Award. AMNCH (TUH) remains the Contracting Authority throughout the Tendering and Contract process and duration period(s). HSE Areas / Institutions / Sectors TUH reserves the option to extend the geographical and / or volume coverage of this contract, to include other areas / institutions of the HSE, with the contractor’s prior consent. TUH reserves the option to extend the geographical and / or volume coverage of this contract, to include other Contracting Authorities, with the contractor’s prior consent.
