Description : For the period from 2022 to now the bidder confirms, that he has gained experience in the supply & delivery of vehicles and can substantiate this with at least three reference projects from EU contracting authorities (in total for your offer; not for each lot/sub-lot offered). The three reference projects shall each cover the supply, and export preparation (incl. the preparation of export documents) of vehicles. Bidding/service delivery consortia that cannot provide substantiation for at least three reference projects that satisfy the adjacent preconditions, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure. - Technical and Professional Capacity / Reference Projects

Description : The bidder confirms that repair and maintenance services as well as spare part supply for the quoted vehicles are available within the respective country of destination. Bidding/service delivery consortia that cannot provide an overview of qualified/locally approved workshops in the country of destination that satisfy the adjacent preconditions, are deemed unsuitable and excluded from the procedure. - Technical and Professional Capacity / Service

Description : The bidder guarantees that the offered models are authorized by the manufacturer for the use in the country of destination.
