Title : Framework agreement for rental services
Description : Vestland County is the contracting authority for the procurement. The county is responsible for the operation, maintenance and development of the county road network in Vestland, as well as for the development of the Bergen Light Rail system. The county therefore needs a framework agreement for rental management and management of properties that are redeemed pending development. The residences shall initially be rented out until the start of the construction, but further rent and/or management can be relevant in the construction period up until any sale. The aim is to ensure professional hire and management of suitable properties, as well as regular condition assessments and the necessary preservation measures. Tenants shall experience security and the number of empty properties shall be kept at a minimum. The framework agreement shall be able to be used by all departments in the county, but it will particularly be relevant for light rail development and INV. The aim of this prior information notice is to obtain input from the market on how the procurement should best be carried out.
