The contracting authority will reject tenderers if the tenderer or persons in the management have legal convictions for corruption, fraud, money laundering, acts of terrorism, participation in criminal organisation, child labour or human trafficking, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 24-2 (1).
Fraud
:
The contracting authority will reject tenderers if the tenderer or persons in the management have legal convictions for corruption, fraud, money laundering, acts of terrorism, participation in criminal organisation, child labour or human trafficking, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 24-2 (1).
Money laundering or terrorist financing
:

Participation in a criminal organisation
:
The contracting authority will reject tenderers if the tenderer or persons in the management have legal convictions for corruption, fraud, money laundering, acts of terrorism, participation in criminal organisation, child labour or human trafficking, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 24-2 (1).
Terrorist offences or offences linked to terrorist activities
:
The contracting authority will reject tenderers if the tenderer or persons in the management have legal convictions for corruption, fraud, money laundering, acts of terrorism, participation in criminal organisation, child labour or human trafficking, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 24-2 (1).
Child labour and including other forms of trafficking in human beings
:
The contracting authority will reject tenderers if the tenderer or persons in the management have legal convictions for corruption, fraud, money laundering, acts of terrorism, participation in criminal organisation, child labour or human trafficking, cf. the Procurement Regulations § 24-2 (1).
Breaching of obligations in the fields of environmental law
:
The contracting authority can reject tenderers if there are conditions mentioned in the procurement regulations § 24-2 (2) and § 24-3, including bankruptcy, insolvency, serious breaches of environmental, labour or social legislation, gross professional neglect, competitive cooperation or if the tenderer has given misleading or inadequate information.
Breaching obligation relating to payment of social security contributions
:
The contracting authority will reject tenderers if the tenderer has not fulfilled his obligations to pay taxes, duties or social security contributions, cf. the procurement regulation § 24-2 (1) letter a.
Breaching obligation relating to payment of taxes
:
The contracting authority will reject tenderers if the tenderer has not fulfilled his obligations to pay taxes, duties or social security contributions, cf. the procurement regulation § 24-2 (1) letter a.
Bankruptcy
:
The contracting authority can reject tenderers if there are conditions mentioned in the procurement regulations § 24-2 (2) and § 24-3, including bankruptcy, insolvency, serious breaches of environmental, labour or social legislation, gross professional neglect, competitive cooperation or if the tenderer has given misleading or inadequate information.
Arrangement with creditors

The contracting authority can reject tenderers if there are conditions mentioned in the procurement regulations § 24-2 (2) and § 24-3, including bankruptcy, insolvency, serious breaches of environmental, labour or social legislation, gross professional neglect, competitive cooperation or if the tenderer has given misleading or inadequate information.

Assets being administered by liquidator
