The tender consists of three F&B units located near gate areas 12-15. The units shall be open to all potential customers during the joint opening hours of the commercial services at the airport. The tendered units consist of one primary unit with high-capacity kitchen facilities supported by additional units to maximise the sales for the Operator and the service level for passengers and other customers. Sharing a good location directly alongside customer routes and lively gate areas. The premises are visible, easily accessible alongside passenger’s way to her gate, where streams of passengers can pause and enjoy a meal, drink or a refreshing cup of coffee in a welcoming and appealing environment. Excellent customer service provided by a highly skilled and dedicated staff and a pleasant ambiance and coherent design of the premises create additional value to customers and the area. Tenderers are invited to provide feedback, comments and suggestions regarding the documentation. Finavia may invite the Tenderers to several rounds of meetings, if necessary. Negotiation agenda shall be instructed in the Invitation to Negotiate. Participants have the opportunity to ask questions at each stage. Tenderers are advised to consider that after the Procurement Decision has been made, agreements shall not be negotiated. Minor clarifications and additions to contact details and dates shall be made. Finavia sets suitability requirements to the Tenderers. Tenderer's own conditions and terms may not be included in any of the material it submits. Registration to Tarjouspalvelu supplier portal is free of charge. To avoid confusion, Candidates are advised to register to Tarjouspalvelu using the company name and ID of the entity that shall sign the Agreement. The procurement documentation, including the Agreement, any security details and floor plans etc. are available only against a duly filled-in and signed NDU. Additional information : The vision for the tendered units is to offer high-quality F&B products and services especially to more local passengers. This means F&B products, concepts and brands that the passengers recognize without forgetting to serve something extra in a way to be able to surprise the passengers on the offering overall and its high quality as well as trendiness. Located in the Schengen gate area 12-15 (formerly known as T1 Schengen), these units serve a good volume of local and international clientele especially departing from the gate area in question. The combination of interesting concepts aims to offer customers popular and affordable cuisine enjoyed both on premises, as well as on-the-go. The units consist of three premises out of which one shall be an all-day restaurant, one shall be a branded café and one a last minute bar with some snack offering. Main customer groups for these units are the departing passengers departing from the gate area 5-15. Other main customer groups include arriving passengers as well as people working in the airport area. As the gate area 5-15 is focusing more on the point-to-point traffic, local customers visit these units relatively more than in other parts of the gate areas of Helsinki Airport. Thus, recognizable but yet inspirational and trendy concepts and products are in demand for these locations. Finavia also notes that the passenger flow in these areas of the terminal is not constant throughout the day, but there are some quieter hours as well.
