The successful tenderer will have an understanding of co-design approach and experience of developmental community participative projects. This project develops cross-border and cross-community interactions among Men's Sheds members over a two-year period. It facilitates new connections, sharing of best practices, and encourages future collaborations on a cross-border basis. The project links Men's Shed's in Sligo and Northern Ireland to set up a regular calendar of exchange visits, bringing different Men's Sheds communities together. These exchanges will be coordinated by experienced facilitators to ensure effective collaboration, cross-community and diverse interaction, and sharing of best practices.
