The Contracting Authority reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the contract, subject to satisfactory performance, budget availability and ongoing business needs. The number and duration of extensions will be one (1) year extensions up to a maximum contract duration of four (4) years. This service is defined as a Title III service.
