Description : Sunnhordland Innkjøpsforum c/o Bømlo municipality invites tenderers to participate in the hearing of the tender documentation for the procurement of consultancy engineering services. The purpose of the hearing is to obtain input and views on the proposed requirements, as well as uncover and correct any uncertainties in order to ensure that the procurement meets the municipalities ́ actual needs. The aim is to facilitate a framework agreement that provides flexible and predictable access to the necessary competence for planning, engineering design services and follow-up of building and construction projects. The contract shall cover the entire project run from requirement clarification and concept phase to the construction phase, commissioning, hand-over and claims follow-up, and includes both engineering design group manager, independent inspections and assignments within individual disciplines or the entire engineering design group. The assignments will vary in nature, length and complexity, from smaller individual projects to large complex projects and can be carried out parallel to several locations. We encourage all relevant actors to review the competition documents and to make comments or suggestions for improvements. Their input will be assessed before the final competition documents are determined. The deadline for submitting feedback is 24.10.2025 and feedback shall be given via the attached form for supplier feedback. We look forward to your contributions!
