Description
:
Marine Materials Ireland, based in Inverin, will face added costs due to equipment transfer to Cork instead of the originally specified site, Letterfrack. The custom-built vertical axis wind turbine is uniquely integrated with an existing hybrid system, and using external suppliers risks incompatibility, warranty loss, and operational failure. Additional costs and delays will arise from duplicating maintenance efforts, as new suppliers would need to learn the system before performing any work.
