Sea, and assistance is needed at Haakonsvern, Bergen municipality. The delivery in the framework agreement will include different roles within project administration, and several resources shall be delivered within the necessary disciplines and based on current plans it is anticipated that the total need will be *:D ocular inspections - 2 pcs. Progress postings - 1 item. Uncertainty coordinator - 1 item. SHA Coordinator - 3 units. Project Manager - three - pcs. Engineering design manager - 1 item. Project security coordinator 3*For the tenderer, signing the contract involves a binding commitment on the offered resources for the period May -May 2027. This means that the resources offered for the specified roles must be dedicated to the project in this period. It is assumed that the need will be equivalent also in subsequent years. Call-offs on the framework agreement will specify which resources and what extent is actually necessary. The Contracting Authority will not enter into any obligation before call-offs can be made. Scope and length: The estimated scope of the delivery including options is NOK 158,000,000 excluding VAT. The maximum value of the framework agreement is NOK 200,000,000 excluding VAT. The work in the contract will be paid in accordance with the elapsed time. The duration of the framework agreement is five years, with tentative start up in Q2 2026 up to and including Q2 2031. Furthermore, there is an option to extend the framework agreement for 1 year + 1 year, total 7 years. Instalments and requirements for resources can vary during the lifetime of the contract. Security and localisation: Necessary security agreements shall be signed with the tenderer for the execution of the assignment, including a data processing agreement. All resources shall be able to be security cleared and authorised to level SECRET/NATO SECRET.  NOTE! Due to technical errors in the form, it is stated that there are 5 tenderers who will be taken along to the competition. This is wrong!  The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency intends to invite 4 tenderers to submit a tender, provided that a sufficient number of qualified tenderers register.
