Main features of the procedure

Labour market training shall be procured in heavy vehicles and relevant construction modules, both as group courses and as individual races. The training shall give participants the basis for taking the theoretical and practical driving test for driving licences at C, CE, D, DE, as well as theory tests in adr-basic courses and basic and post-education in professional driver ́s competence (YSK). Training within this procurement is designed for nav users who are motivated and have the prerequisites for taking work as a professional driver against remuneration for goods and passenger transport with heavy vehicles. The training is also designed for users who already have driving licences for heavy vehicles, but who need post education and/or construction modules in order to get paid work as a professional driver. Further specifications of the service requirements are in the requirement specifications in the tender documentation part II, Annex 1.
