Main features of the procedure : The consultant shall help us establish a governance and service development system in Netbox. Furthermore, the consultant shall actively contribute to raising competence of different user groups, creating work flow and contributing to automation. The required and desired qualities for the new resource are described generally below and more in detail in Annex 2 - Requirement Specification.   Responsibility and assignments Work on establishing a governance system and service development of Netbox. Contribute to the establishment and development of the system for supporting Platform and Technology ́s aims. Assist in developing a framework with principles, guidelines, roles and processes. Describe user journeys and work flow, and contribute to the development of the system in an advantageous direction. Prepare adapted competence raising measures for different users of the system. Create electronic training material for different user groups.  Deliveries and interaction Guiding and lifting the competence level at Netbox to employees in the section and department. Contribute to a culture that ensures Netbox delivers value to the organisation. Document the existing system and changes continually. Work closely with engineers on platforms, architects and other managers to achieve goals in partnerships.
