Description : We invite you to participate in a market dialogue organised by Statistics Finland concerning a potential procurement of a Regulatory Reporting and Taxonomy Management System. Our objective is to explore Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) solutions across the EU that support the centralised management of taxonomies for regulatory reporting of corporate financial data, as well as the reception and distribution of compatible reporting data to authorities. These information needs are initially based on the data structures of EN16931 e-invoices, XBRL GL accounting records, and iXBRL digital financial statements. The market dialogue is linked to the roadmap and schedule of the Finnish Real-Time Economy project. For more information on the project, please see link below. Detailed information and instructions regarding the dialogue are provided in Annex 1: Invitation to Market Dialogue, Cover Letter and Response Instructions. The questions for the dialogue are presented in Annex 2: Response Form. The completed response form must be submitted to Cloudia Supplier Portal no later than 17th September 2025 at 12:00 (EET). We encourage suppliers interested in the procurement to actively participate and to provide comprehensive and high-quality responses. We reserve the right to arrange meetings with suppliers who participate in the market dialogue. Participants may also be invited at a later stage to comment on draft tender documents. This notice is not a contract notice or a call for tenders, but an invitation to a market dialogue as part of the planning and preliminary study of a potential procurement. This notice does not oblige the contracting authority to carry out the procurement. The information provided in this notice is preliminary, and the information exchanged during the dialogue will not be binding on any party. Responding or not responding to this notice will not affect participation in any future tendering procedure. No compensation will be paid for participation.
