The system is to be delivered as a cloud system, with no requirements for locally installed components. The contracting authorities are Ulvik herad and Eidfjord municipality. There is a strong focus on efficient work processes and quality in the deliveries in the municipality and the EPJ system shall support this. The system shall therefore have close integration between the administrative systems, not to mention the trade systems in the municipality, so that double registrations and unnecessary work processes disappear. The procurement ́s value is estimated to: NOK 2,600,000 excluding VAT over 4 years and thus above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.
