The Contracting Authority intends to execute a multi-phase project for mechanical, electrical and civils works to include the supply, installation, testing, commissioning and certification for a replacement Heating distribution network between the original Boiler house and the 1972 and 1976 Buildings. The first phase is to address an existing leak on the system while further phases are preventative measures to replace the piping before other leaks occur.
