6. Results

Value of all contracts awarded in this notice : 60 000 000 Danish krone
Direct award :
Justification for direct award : The contract can be provided only by a particular economic operator because of an absence of competition for technical reasons
Other justification : Due to technical reasons, only one supplier is capable of delivering the required equipment and services for the framework agreement. GSD’s underground gas storage is equipped with Hartmann wellheads and tubing with specific technical specifications and dimensions. To ensure continued operation and compliance with API 6A standards, GSD requires equipment, spare parts, and services that are fully compatible with the existing Hartmann infrastructure. A prior market dialogue was conducted to assess whether alternative suppliers could deliver wellhead systems and services meeting the same technical and operational requirements. No other suppliers were identified as being capable of delivering the necessary goods or services. As no other supplier has been identified with the capability to provide the necessary equipment and services, including a gas wellhead with the required internal diameter, GSD intends to award the contract to Hartmann.
