Title : THE PROVISION OF AN ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SYSTEM TO ASSIST WITH OUTPATIENT ATTENDANCE/NON-ATTENDANCE
Description : Following a previous Preliminary Market Consultation the Contracting Authority is seeking to engage with a suitably qualified and experienced service provider that can provide products that use artificial intelligence (AI) to predict the likelihood that a patient might DNA or cancel their appointment at the last minute, this information is then used to tailor the messaging the patient receives to increase the likelihood of attendance and simultaneously provide the hospital with vital information to inform clinic management and bookings. In the first instance, the successful tenderer will be required to implement and commission the required system and to ensure its support for a pilot period of no less than four months from contract commencement. Thereafter, once this pilot period has been completed, reviewed and assessed the Contracting Authority reserves the right to award four further individual contracts for the support of the system, each of twelve months in duration. The Contracting Authority offers no guarantee, express or implied, regarding the extension of this contract beyond the initial aforementioned pilot period. For information purposes, the estimated value of the initial pilot period is between €80,000 and €110,000, excluding VAT.
