NRVA IKS produces approx. 17 million cubic metres of ready treated drinking water to approx. 175,000 inhabitants. The treatment plant annually cleanses approx. 20 million cubic metres of sewage water and produces around 20,000 tons of limed sludge. See the www.nrva.no for further information on the entity. NRVA needs a system that shall be used for condition based maintenance (TBV), which involves monitoring and analysing the condition of technical sites, equipment, machines, buildings and other properties in order to optimise maintenance plans and reduce operating costs. TBV can have several advantages, including: • Improve equipment performance and lifetime by preventing or detecting errors early • Reduce downtime and production loss by planning maintenance in accordance with the condition of the equipment. not at fixed intervals • Save resources and costs by avoiding unnecessary or overdue maintenance • Increase safety and quality by reducing the risk of serious breakdowns or accidents. The system shall see to all the main functions that are in a modern system and it shall allow for further necessary extensions and an increase in functionality. The delivery includes a complete system for management, operation and maintenance of NRVA's infrastructure and properties.
