The analyses must consider alternatives with continuation and improvement or systems based on existing alternatives in the market. The Norwegian Parliament is at the latest briefed on the processing of the national budget for 2026." The aim of the analysis is to establish a fact-based knowledge basis and it is limited from making recommendations or proposing measures. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 01.12.2025. The assignment has an upper financial limit of NOK 3,000,000 excluding VAT. This upper limit for the assignment includes an option for up to NOK 500,000 that the contracting authority has the right to redeem for any newly established analysis need during the assignment period. The contract award documents emphasise the Consultant ́s possibility of carrying out an analysis that has not been affected by our own previous and ongoing assignments related to the Health Platform.
