Advise on appropriate upgrade paths for the overall DMR solution, to be agreed with the contracting entity; to include migration to cloud-based solutions and cyber security risk mitigation, as may be appropriate. Fully managed service for the scope, design, plan, build and implementation of project work, as instructed by the contracting entity; to include new works and enhancements of DMR systems. On-call/availability support for all DMR systems. Interchangeability and interoperability with the existing Base station and mobile radio equipment must be ensured and operable in the 456 – 462 MHz range. Equipment must be compatible with the existing Motorola DMR hardware and software applications. The contractor will be responsible for overall service, monitoring and associated SLAs, provided to the contracting entity.
