Sections 1, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26 and 27 are intermunicipal scheduled transport, and sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 9 and 17 are municipal scheduled transport. Note: After the start of the 2025/2026 school year, it will be determined whether there is a possible change in the number of students using transport. The possible annex to the contract refers only to the number of students, the unit price per student for each route remains unchanged. The number of students transported will be evaluated every three months to verify if there have been any changes. For scheduled routes that have established bus fares, the prices of the carriers per student should not be higher than the prices of the already established bus fares. The free transportation of students, determined by the Law on Primary and Secondary Education, in the areas of two or more municipalities where there is a determined timetable within the framework of intermunicipal scheduled transport is carried out by the holders of a permit for intermunicipal scheduled transport at prices determined by the carriers, which cannot be higher than the prices for other passengers in accordance with the Law on amending the Law on Road Transport, Article 27b, Official Gazette of the Republic of Macedonia 163/2018. If the number of students for a route changes, and becomes 0 (zero), then that agreement automatically ceases to be valid. It should be determined after the beginning of the school year which and how many students will be accommodated in a dormitory as they are not entitled to free transportation. For students accommodated in private apartments, transportation is organized once a week from and to the place of residence. This applies to lots 21, 25 and 27. When submitting the invoice, it will be calculated as 4 (four) times a month. Transportation for students in secondary schools referred to in lots 1 - 24 will be carried out from Monday to Thursday in two shifts, while on Friday in one shift according to the teaching schedule determined by the school. Students should be in front of the schools in the period from 07:10 to 07:20 in the morning shift and from 13:10 to 13:20 in the afternoon shift. The return journey from schools to their homes will be between 13:40 and 13:50 for the morning shift and between 19:40 and 19:50 for the afternoon shift. The number of students being transported and given in the technical specifications are indicative figures, the exact number will be determined at the beginning of the school year. When preparing the offer, economic operators should take into account the law amending the law on road transport (Official Gazette No. 163/2018), namely Article 22-b and Article 27-b, which regulate the free transportation of students. When preparing the financial offer, the EO should also indicate the unit price per student from each referred location.
