Description : Requirement: Tenderers shall have sufficient capacity to be able to fulfil a contract of a similar nature and scope. Documentation: A description of the tenderer's average workforce and the number of employees in the management during the last three years. In order to be assessed to have sufficient capacity, the tenderer must have an average annual workforce of minimum 5 full time resources working on recruitment.
