The goal is to enable robust data generation that contributes to high-impact publications and translational outcomes. By entering into this agreement, KI aims to streamline access to specialized analytical capabilities that are critical to our mission of improving human health through research and education. Description : The Tenderer must state the price per sample. The price include all costs associated with the assignment. The price must be stated in SEK (or EUR) excluding VAT. If the Tenderer wish to offer the price in EUR instead of SEK, please leave a comment below.
Description of the method to be used if weighting cannot be expressed by criteria : The contract will be awarded to the supplier who submits the most economically advantageous tender. The evaluation of qualified tenders will be based on the lowest price, which means that KI will accept the tender with the lowest price in accordance with the requirements set out in the procurement documents. If it is not possible to distinguish a winner, the award will be selected by a draw. In the draw procedure, the principles applicable to the opening of tenders under Chapter 12 apply, section 10 in LOU. Price in SEK will be used for tender evaluation. Prices submitted in EUR will be converted to SEK based on the exchange rate at the tender closing date. KI will use ECB's Euro foreign exchange reference rate instrument to convert EUR to SEK.
