Amd 2: The Contractor undertakes to adapt, deploy, install, verify, support commissioning and accreditation and hand-hover the “Charlie” chain of the GSC infrastructure located in GSC in Torrejón into the SGSC site in Toulouse. Amd 3: The Contractor undetakes to: -Carry out the obsolescence resolution actions; -Enable Emergency Warning Satellite Service (EWSS) authentication and Commercial Service Separate Encryption (CSSE) capabilities enhancements, as well as implement additional security monitoring capabilities; -Implement OSNMA resilience enhancements in the GSC platform

Description of modifications

The amendments fulfill the conditions of Art. 172.3(a) and 172.3(b) FR 2018 Amd 2: The Contractor undertakes to adapt, deploy, install, verify, support commissioning and accreditation and hand-hover the “Charlie” chain of the GSC infrastructure located in GSC in Torrejón into the SGSC site in Toulouse. Amd 3: The Contractor undetakes to: -Carry out the obsolescence resolution actions; -Enable Emergency Warning Satellite Service (EWSS) authentication and Commercial Service Separate Encryption (CSSE) capabilities enhancements, as well as implement additional security monitoring capabilities; -Implement OSNMA resilience enhancements in the GSC platform. The original contract value, including GSC v1.4.1 LLI contract (#EUSPA/NP/35/22, which was subsumed into EUSPA/NP/11/22 contract) and Amd 1 already published in EUSPA website, was 5.391.728,00 EUR. The updated contract value after Amd 2 and Amd 3 is 7,887,953.79 EUR.
