Description : The aim of the procurement is to establish new contracts for digital medication support that fulfil Oslo municipality ́s quality requirements, including functionality, user friendliness, operation and management. In addition new contracts shall fulfil statutory requirements for privacy and information security. The technology shall also support the overall goal of increased security, mastering and activity based on the needs of the individual. Oslo municipality has a broad spectrum of service recipients of digital medication support, and at the same time it is anticipated that the need and use will increase throughout the contract period. The following relevant user groups have been identified for digital medication support: • People who have a need to remind them to take the right medicine at the right time • Persons with "inconclusive" medication (different medicines at different times) • Medicine treatments that are vulnerable to time deviations or resistance problems • Persons who are unsafe if they are able to follow-up themselves • Persons with beginning or light cognitive decline. • Persons who have considerably reduced functional ability; vision, hearing, etc. • Persons who are mentally handicapped • Different categories of abusers There is therefore a need for different types of electronic medicinal dispensers that cover different user needs and the procurement of digital medication support is therefore divided into three sub-areas. A continual service contract shall be signed for each sub area: • Sub-area 1: Electronic medicine dispenser for general needs. • Sub-area 2: Electronic medicine dispenser for special needs. • Sub area 3: Electronic toilet set
