The Contractor shall undertake all duties of the Engineer as specified in the FIDIC Conditions of Contract for Plant and Design Build ("Yellow Book", FIRST EDITION 1999), carry out professional supervision of the works in accordance with the Law on Planning and Construction and other national legislation of the Republic of Serbia and provide technical assistance to improve the financial and operational performance of the Public Utility Company.
