Tenderers are invited to a qualification scheme for Team and project management for Ruter As. While using this scheme, we will request assistance, consultancy and execution of team and project building, team/project management and culture development within digitalisation and IT, as well as HR, Procurements and operator development. This includes, but is not limited to, the following areas: Procurements and operator development: • Assistance and Execution of all phases of the procurement processes • Contract management • Assistance in procurement analysis and procurement methodology • Manage and Participate in and possibly perform secretarial assignments in larger call-off groups Digitalisation and IT: • Infrastructure • Understanding of the need and requirement specifications • Enterprise architecture • Methodological support, consultancy and training in team and project management and project execution • Agile coaching • Manage all aspects of a project People and Organisation: • Organisation design and alignment • Culture development, performance development and competency development. Both physically and digitally. • Talent management and employer branding • Development of approaches to compensation and pay • Program, project and change management
