Main features of the procedure : Linea AS would therefore like to establish a long-term framework agreement for the delivery of Maritime transport services for personnel and material related to the operation and maintenance of the power network on Helgeland. The framework agreement shall generally cover transport assignments connected to planned operations and maintenance assignments, but it can also be used in acute situations.  Based on the fact that the assignments can vary a lot in scope, the Linea is looking for a supplier who has access to different types of boats suitable for our assignments. There is, however, the greatest need for a workboat equipped with cranes and good deck space. This type of work vessel is therefore concentrated in the technical specification.
