Additional information : There are two parts to the contract: • Part 1: Scheduled reporting services – direct service contracts (Lots 1-27) This part contains services of a recurring nature which will be scheduled and expected to be provided by correspondents on an annual basis. • Part 2 - On-request reporting services – Framework service contracts – (Lots 1-27) This part contains services of the following kinds: o May occur every year if the quota envisaged under ‘scheduled’ services is reached; o Are on-going annually but their exact volume and timing is unknown; o Are not required every year.In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice.
