:
The contractor shall deliver a High Accuracy Data Generator Facility consisting of 2 (two) High Accuracy Data Generators (units) (HADG) as a turn-key solution that shall provide GSA with high accuracy data for Galileo HA service. The HADG Facility is to ensure the continuous provision of such data with proper rate, accuracy, availability, continuity and latency. The data will encompass orbit and clock corrections, biases and potentially other parameters, quality indicators and service parameters. The contract baseline shall include: — design, development, delivery, installation and initial warranty and maintenance for a period of 6 months after the acceptance of the HADG Facility consisting of two HADG units; — provision of on-site and off-site engineering support services. The contract shall also include a set of options for development, delivery, installation and 6 months warranty of the additional HADG unit, additional warranty and maintenance services, User Ranger Accuracy (URA) concept implementation

Description
:
Amd 6: for the update, adaptation and deployment of an HADG chain (third chain currently deployed at GSC main site at Torrejon de Ardoz) at the GSC back up site in Toulouse. Amd 7: provision of on-call warranty services (preventive and corrective L2/L3 maintenance) for the days/times not covered by the “ordinary” warranty services already provided, i.e., on weekends, bank/public holidays and night shifts.

The amendments fulfill the conditions of Art. 172.3(a) and 172.3(b) FR 2018 Amd 6:The Contractor undertakes to adapt, deploy, install, verify, support commissioning and accreditation and hand-hover the 3rd HADG chain into the SGSC site in Toulouse. Amd 7: The Contractor undertakes to carry out on-call Warranty Service, Additional Cyber-security requirements. The original maximum contract value before the listed modifications was 4.477.706,37.00 EUR, the updated contract value after Amd 6 and Amd 7 is 6.026.170,45 EUR.
