The baseline for a total of 4 satellites from two separate contractors will be ordered (2 baseline satellites per contractor), with the possibility to procure up to 4 optional satellites per contract, to be deployed in the Galileo operating orbital positions. This Notice concerns only one awarded contract (baseline of 2 satellites + 4 optional satellites).

Option A2: a set of 4 satellites per contractor to be exercised once at contract signature. Option B: extension of support to operations, to be exercised up to 5 times per pair of satellite. Option C1: Storage of 2 satellites for 12 months, to be exercised up to 5 times per pair of satellites. Option C2: Storage of 2 satellites for 1 month, to be exercised up to 11 times per pair of satellites.

Description of modifications

Modifications CCN29, CCN30, CCN31 and CCN34: Increase in value by 1,985,310.00 EUR (CCN29, consisting of the baseline: 1,736,000.00 EUR and option (retained but not activated): 249,310.00 EUR), by 3,398,000.00 EUR (CCN30, consisting of the baseline: 2,818,000.00 EUR and option (retained but not activated): 580,000.00), by 1,946,600.00 EUR (CCN31) and by 1,689,000.00 EUR (CCN34). The total contract value of the contract prior to the current modifications was 824,764,420.00 EUR. The total contract value resulting from the foreseen modifications is 833,783,330.00 EUR. Please note that the European Commission is the signatory of the contract and EUSPA is qualified as the "buyer", as until 27 February 2023 the European Commission was the contracting authority, while as from the mentioned date EUSPA became the new contracting authority.
