The framework will provide SEAI and public sector project sponsors with access to technical, commercial, financial, legal and policy advisory services covering all stages of project lifecycle. The framework will support national climate action objectives by strengthening delivery capacity and enabling the accelerated deployment of decarbonised heat projects. The estimated total budget over approximately 4 Lots is estimated at €6.8 million excluding VAT. The expected maximum term of the framework, including extensions, will be 4 years.
