Main features of the procedure : The competitive bidding shall be conducted as an open EU procurement procedure in accordance with the Act on Public Procurement and Concession Contracts (1397/2016, later referred to as the Act). The procurement shall not be divided between different Tenderers. To ensure the maintenance and availability of the Supplies / Services, it is not possible to divide the procurement into parts. No remuneration shall be paid to Tenderers for drawing up and submitting, presenting or participating in the procedure in any other way. The tenderer is asked to offer as an option for possible purchases for following quantities: • Charging system for BB-2590 battery with accessories 50-100 pcs • Charging system for BB-2590 battery with accessories 101-200 pcs • Charging system for BB-2590 battery with accessories 201-500 pcs Prices for accessories can be offered as separate positions. In this case tenderer shall inform the needed accessories to fulfil the critical requirements and also inform if the accessory fulfils primary or secondary requirements.
